Now the red 'X's indicate that we haven't received explicit family consent for those specific OTCs regarding the older students. But there are some meds with older students we do not require to ask permission as it is freely available. 5) I have two students with the same birthday and initials. August Schools selects one without rationale leading to an incorrect check in.

You have to figure out to use the blue arrow up top, to get back to the main Form menu and then click on the next form. Also, if there is someone out, I need the person who is covering to be notified if a form or document has been submitted, not just the person who requested the form originally.
