Link together all Encounters that are for the same chief problem.

Many students have multiple visits for the same issue. For example, a Head Injury could generate multiple encounters over the course of weeks - with the Nurse, the Athletic Trainer, etc. We want a way to be able to search for the student's primary problem (for example: Head Injury on 3/12/26) and to see ALL notes related to that primary problem, in chronological order. This is helpful for our team collaboration first of all. Additionally, if a student needs to go see an outside Provider, specialist or go to the hospital, then we can easily print a summary of all of the relevant encounters that have been "linked" to the primary problem. We'd like to be able to go into a student's encounters and, for example, "Print all encounters linked to Head Injury on 3/12/2026" or "Print all encounters linked to Influenza diagnosis on 2/10/2026"

We know that we could just add additional Notes under the initial Encounter, however we find this feature difficult to use (the notes are "hidden" unless you click on them to see what's been written). Plus, we like having the functionality of including all Encounters in our clinic statistics.
