  There will be a new Encounters tab in the Portal for parents to receive generated PDFs of encounters. Users will issue off these PDFs to parent with single clicks from within the encounter experience, but also have the opportunity to send to faculty members as well with additional clicks. This will be in place by the beginning of academic year 2025-2026
